Ingredients
- Oat milk — 120g (1/2 cup)
- Espresso — 60ml (1/4 cup), cooled
- Ice — 110g (1/2 cup)
- Protein powder — 1 scoop (31g), whey isolate
- Mascarpone — 28g (2 tbsp)
- Natural sweetener — 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder — 1 tsp (2g)
- Xanthan gum — 1/4 tsp

Add the ice to a blender, then pour in the oat milk and cooled espresso.

Add the protein, mascarpone, sweetener, cocoa powder and xanthan gum.

Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
