Ingredients

  • Rice puffs — 100g
  • Greek yoghurt — 100g, vanilla-flavoured, high-protein (can be substituted for regular Greek yoghurt)
  • Maple syrup — 1 tbsp, sugar-free
  • Vanilla protein powder — 1 serving
  • for topping (optional) — Milk chocolate — 1 serving (13g), melted, no added sugar

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine the rice puffs, protein yoghurt, sugar-free maple syrup and vanilla protein powder. Stir well with a large spoon or spatula until everything is evenly coated.

    Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press it down firmly and flatten the top so it's compact.

    Freeze for 1–2 hours until set.

    Once firm, drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the top (optional), then slice into 4 equal bars. Store in the freezer.
