Ingredients

  • Turkey mince — 150g turkey breast mince
  • Onion — 1 tbsp diced, plus extra sliced for topping
  • Smoked paprika — a dash
  • BBQ seasoning — a dash, or seasoning of choice
  • Salt — a pinch, for the patty and tzatziki
  • Pepper — a pinch, for the patty and tzatziki
  • Greek yoghurt — 25g low fat, for tzatziki
  • Cucumber — a small amount, grated, for tzatziki
  • Lemon juice — a drop, for tzatziki
  • Dill — a pinch, for tzatziki
  • Tomato — 1 thick slice
  • Lettuce — spinach or lettuce, a handful
  • Brioche bun — 1 gourmet brioche bun

Directions

  1. 1

Combine the turkey mince in a bowl with the diced onion, smoked paprika, BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until everything is evenly combined.

  2. 2

Shape the mixture into a ball, then flatten it into a patty.

  3. 3

To make the tzatziki, mix together the Greek yoghurt, a small amount of grated cucumber, a drop of lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  4. 4

Cook the turkey patty in a pan over high heat for a few minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.

  5. 5

Just before the patty is done, place the bun halves cut-side down in the pan for a minute to warm and toast them.

  6. 6

Assemble the burger: patty, tzatziki, tomato, sliced onion, and spinach. Cap it off with the top bun and dig in!
