- Banana — 200g (1 1/3 cups), frozen, sliced
- Milk — 80g (1/3 cup), any kind
- Peanut butter — 32g (2 tbsp), creamy
- Protein powder — 1 scoop (31g), whey isolate
- Salt — a pinch

Add the frozen banana, milk, peanut butter, protein and salt to a blender.
