Ingredients

  • Banana — 200g (1 1/3 cups), frozen, sliced
  • Milk — 80g (1/3 cup), any kind
  • Peanut butter — 32g (2 tbsp), creamy
  • Protein powder — 1 scoop (31g), whey isolate
  • Salt — a pinch

Directions

    Add the frozen banana, milk, peanut butter, protein and salt to a blender.

    Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

    Pour into a glass and drink it straight away.
