- Natural sweetener — 1 tbsp stevia
- Cinnamon — 1 tsp
- Maple syrup — 1 tbsp, sugar-free
- Digestive biscuits — 1 biscuit, crushed
- Oats — 2g (optional, for extra crunch)

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Peel and dice the apple into small cubes, removing the core.
