Ingredients
- Greek yoghurt — 130g, low-fat
- Self-raising flour — 190g
- Egg white — 1, for brushing
- Bagel seasoning — for topping (optional)
Directions

Mix 130g of Greek yoghurt and 190g of self-raising flour together in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms.

Turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until you have a smooth dough ball.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a thin rope shape and join the ends together to form a bagel ring, pressing firmly to seal.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Separate an egg and brush the egg white lightly over the top of each bagel. Sprinkle with bagel seasoning.

Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden. Slice, fill with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
