Ingredients

  • Self-raising flour — 65g
  • Coconut flour — 11g
  • Nutritional yeast — 5g
  • Italian seasoning — a dash
  • Garlic powder — a dash
  • Egg white — 75g
  • Greek yoghurt — 140g, low-fat
  • Pizza sauce — 90g (marinara)
  • Low-fat cheese — 55g, grated
  • Pepperoni — 14 slices, beef

Directions

    Mix the flour, coconut flour, nutritional yeast, italian seasoning and garlic powder.

    Add the egg whites and greek yoghurt and stir into a thick, wet dough.

    Spread into a pizza base on lined baking paper.

    Bake at 230C for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.

  5. 5

    Spread with pizza sauce, top with grated cheese and pepperoni, and bake another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden.
