- Self-raising flour — 65g
- Coconut flour — 11g
- Nutritional yeast — 5g
- Italian seasoning — a dash
- Garlic powder — a dash
- Egg white — 75g
- Greek yoghurt — 140g, low-fat
- Pizza sauce — 90g (marinara)
- Low-fat cheese — 55g, grated
- Pepperoni — 14 slices, beef

Mix the flour, coconut flour, nutritional yeast, italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Add the egg whites and greek yoghurt and stir into a thick, wet dough.

Spread into a pizza base on lined baking paper.

Bake at 230C for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.

Spread with pizza sauce, top with grated cheese and pepperoni, and bake another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden.
