Ingredients
- Almond milk — 100ml unsweetened
- Self-raising flour — 190g
- Low-fat cheese — 60g grated
- Greek yoghurt — 100g low fat
- Oregano — 1.5 tbsp, plus extra for topping
- Garlic powder — garlic salt, 1/2 tsp

In a bowl, combine the almond milk, self-raising flour, grated cheese, Greek yoghurt, and 1 tbsp of oregano. Mix until a thick dough forms.

Divide the dough into 4 even balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Sprinkle each ball with garlic salt and a little extra oregano.

Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top. Enjoy warm!
