Ingredients

  • Frozen blueberries — 210g (1.5 cups)
  • Milk — 180ml (3/4 cup), any kind
  • Protein powder — 1 scoop (31g), whey isolate
  • Oats — 20g (1/4 cup), rolled
  • Natural sweetener — 1 tbsp, optional
  • Cinnamon — 1/4 tsp, ground
  • Salt — a pinch

Directions

    Drop the frozen blueberries into a blender and pour in the milk.

    Add the protein, oats, cinnamon, salt and a little sweetener if you want it sweeter.

    Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

    Pour into a glass and drink it straight away.
