Ingredients
- Banana — 150g (1 cup), frozen, sliced
- Milk — 120g (1/2 cup), any kind
- Vanilla protein powder — 1 scoop (31g)
- Oats — 20g (1/4 cup), rolled
- Natural sweetener — 1 tbsp, optional
- Walnuts — 8g (1 tbsp), or pecans, chopped
- Cinnamon — 1/4 tsp, ground
- Xanthan gum — 1/8 tsp
- Salt — a pinch

Add the frozen banana to a blender, then the milk, protein, oats, sweetener, nuts, cinnamon, xanthan gum and salt.

Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and top with a little cinnamon or chopped nuts.
